A licensed real estate agent since 2007, Holly holds a liberal arts degree and a Master's degree with a concentration in mathematics from the prestigious Pepperdine University. Her background as a credentialed teacher, with nearly 15 years in the Los Angeles Unified School District, includes teaching honors mathematics and working with special education students, showcasing her dedication to problem-solving, attention to detail and organization.
Holly's expertise extends beyond academics and education into finance and operations. Holly has successfully managed back end operations including but not limited to bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll for licensed construction companies and has taken all these skills to Landlord Property MGMT exclusively. Her deep understanding of real estate, finance, backend operations and community service positions her as a highly qualified leader in property management.
